For guaranteed spots: Surface parking lot on 20th & Raleigh next to the Freewell Apartment, the Brewery Blocks Garage or the Slabtown Food Carts Lot are within a 5-minute walk.

  • Yes! We always keep a portion of our bar and dining room available for walk-ins. For peak weekend dining, we recommend booking via OpenTable to secure your wood-fired experience.

  • Chef Gabriel Pascuzzi uses local Oregon white oak & Maple to impart a primal, smoky depth to our PRIME & Upper 2/3rds 1855 Ranch Black Angus cuts. Our hearth is the heart of the kitchen, reaching temperatures that seal in juices better than a standard grill.

  • We embrace Pacific Northwest casual elegance. Whether you’re in a tailored suit or high-end denim, you’ll feel at home. Most guests dress up for a "date night" or celebration; but all are welcome

  • We offer a curated Italian-focused wine list, but guests are welcome to bring a special bottle for a $30 corkage fee. Our kitchen also offers signature desserts, but outside cakes carry a $5 per person plating fee.

  • Absolutely. While we are a steakhouse, our Italian-inspired roots mean we offer seasonally rotating vegetables that are some of chef’s favorite menu items, wood-fired mushrooms, and inventive salads like our Bistecca Salad or Grilled Little Gem Caesar.
